Course Details

This postgraduate major is designed for graduates who have decided to move to accounting from another discipline and are seeking to progress their professional accounting career in Australia and internationally. You’ll enhance your knowledge and skills in accounting, financial management and business law. The course comprises 16 units which must be completed in two stages. On successful completion of the Graduate Certificate (4 units) and Graduate Diploma (additional 4 units), you can specialise in one of the following streams, each of which is accredited by CPA Australia, ACCA (Global) and CAANZ: 

· The CPA Australia Extension Stream. 

· The Accounting Foundation Stream. 

This major sits within the Master of Commerce degree. To apply for this major, you will apply for the Master of Commerce.
