MSc Supply Chain Management is delivered in collaboration among the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Aston Business School which makes this path distinct from different universities. You will acquire a broader expertise from academics throughout both colleges who work intently with commercial enterprise and industry. You will develop information and expertise of the theoretical and implemented perspectives of supply chain control and logistics, alongside with unique regions of deliver chain management by reading professional modules. These regions include: relationships, partnering, ERP, simulation, purchasing, contracts, planning and optimization. This program has been comprised in 9 taught modules. Moreover, students need to work on their self-produced dissertation of as much as 20,000 words. Each taught module involves up to 22 teaching hours along with tutorials, case studies and visitor lectures. The program runs from October to September with examinations and assessments held in December, March/April and June. The major challenge occupies the very last six months, being submitted in September. This degree concludes with a Business Project which will be considered a substantial piece of work designed to provide you with an opportunity to analyze a business problem and practically apply the knowledge and skills developed during the course.
