This course will help you develop the ability to make strategic decisions by advancing your understanding and application of how marketing theories and entrepreneurial business models can support interventions in the decision-making process of organizations.

This program will allow you to formulate, evaluate and chose from alternative strategies and broaden associated strategic decision-making abilities in a marketing context. You will also broaden the understanding required for starting up and handling innovation based business strategies.
