One of the foundational goals of the Aston University Business School is to “Learn Business. Do Business. Practical business experience as you study”. This course will help you develop the ability to make strategic decisions by advancing your understanding and application of how marketing theories and entrepreneurial business models can support interventions in the decision-making process of organizations.
This program will allow you to formulate, evaluate and chose from alternative strategies and broaden associated strategic decision-making abilities in a marketing context. You will also broaden the understanding required for starting up and handling innovation based business strategies.
This master’s program offers you the possibility to layout your course to suit your personal and professional profession aspirations. The course will also develop your knowledge of theories, principles and practice of management. It will teach you how to apply this understanding to entrepreneurial business models and processes in both national and international contexts.
