Economics and finance are interrelated, so we have designed for students interested in finding a relationship between the two areas. It is a good place to start if you are thinking about banking or accounting.
This degree will develop advanced skills and knowledge in economics and finance that are essential to financial performance. You will study economics and finance at both macroeconomic levels, as well as build your understanding of economic policy on more advanced topics such as trade and risk. You will choose from a variety of professional options, earning the highest levels of expertise in areas such as labor economics, finance and commodity energy, public economics and trading strategies. You can also expand your lease with the option of studying abroad or applying for a year of professional qualification. In economics, it is introduced in the principles and applications of practical and topical issues. You also study mathematics, statistics and economics, gaining valuable measurement skills. He advances on advanced issues such as trade, global inequality and financial problems. In finance, you cover concepts like discounts and bond prices. There is an emphasis on financial markets and institutions. These include corporate financial research and risk management.
MMU designed the first year of this course to explore economic goals. As you enter your second year, you will begin to look at the relationship between these two areas of organizational finance.
The light module in this course is our new computer coding module. We know they are looking for talented employers - and that's not something that every university is doing right now. By the end of the lesson, you will feel confident about managing data in all forms and forms. Aside from core modules, you can tailor your learning to your interests and career goals. Choose from a variety of options, from money laundering and banking to the political economy of the world.
