BDS Dentistry

This five-year degree is designed to help you build the skills you need as a dental professional. The Dental and Medical Center of Barts and London follows a new and innovative curriculum: you will learn oral care, including prevention and treatment of dental diseases, oral hygiene tests, trauma management, orthodontics and oral surgery.The campus location in east London means you will serve a very diverse population and experience a variety of ailments, including some rare oral cavities. You will be exposed to patients early, and as you progress through your studies you will be working at our Canary Wharf, Stratford and Southend-On-Sea clinics.

QMUL encourages you to take a comprehensive approach to dentistry by studying the human sciences and your basic dental modules - including psychology and psychology - to assess a patient's condition in oral health care and dentistry.
