Fashion impacts us in every aspect of our lives and builds our appreciation and understanding of the world around us. This course provides marketing experience, design knowledge and new design for the next generation of fashion designers. You will learn pattern cutting skills in 2D and 3D as well as basic production skills. You will also develop your free drawing and technical skills and graphic design skills in a traditional and computer-aided way. Along with technical skills, you will explore the history of fashion and exciting new developments in modern design. Optional learning tours, fashion shows, exhibitions and competitions will enhance your educational experience, while live industry projects can lead to your creativity and job creation.

The focus is on learning the core design, technical skills and portfolio. Hertfordshire will help you understand the power of visualization, how to grow a concept from concept to completion through experimentation and experimentation, through CAD techniques and traditional portfolio techniques, being taught how to start building a relevant fashion portfolio.
