Students also enjoy easy access to and from the city center via arterial roads. Buses and taxis are readily available, complemented with the university's shuttle vehicles that transport students from the campus to the nearby integrated transit station
UCSI University hosts many activities organized by student recreational clubs and societies that take place on campus grounds. Also, the UCSI main campus is a mere 25 minutes' drive from Kuala Lumpur where students may enjoy the best entertainment and shopping in town.

The cost of living for international students studying at UCSI is relatively low, varying from USD350 – USD420 per month (inclusive of accommodation), depending on the needs and lifestyle of each student. Important facilities and amenities such as banks and medical centers are readily available within the vicinity of the campus.
Students can opt to reside in UCSI University's on-campus residential halls or the off-campus condominium-styled accommodations that are within walking distance from the University. Temporary accommodations at UCSI's affiliate hotel – LeQuadri - are available upon request and subject to availability.
