Irish Skills Employment Permit: It is open to those in the ranks of the Most Valuable Government, including the technology industry. Obtaining this permit means that your quest for permanent residence is expedient.

To maintain their standards an individual must minimum wage of € 30,000 is required for work permits. In special cases, work permits can also be considered when the salary is less than € 30,000:

The cost of these permits is very small: there is a € 500 permit for six months or less, and a € 1,000 permit for six months to two years. If you fail, 90% of this amount will be refunded to you.

Students may apply for General Employment Permit. This General Employment Permit can be valid for another three years.

If you have lived and worked legally in Ireland for 5 years on a work permit, you can apply for a longer stay at the Irish Naturalization and Immigration Service (INIS) as per the rules.
