- Wash hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water.
- Maintain distance of 1 meter from anyone other individual.
- Cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Refrain from smoking and similar activities that can weaken lungs.
- Avoid touching your face without.
