Course Details

Master in Crises and Disaster Management will enable you to learn about the complexities of crises and fiasco management and students will be able to ponder within the region of their business risk and helpful operations. The course offers a range of opportunities to gain practical experience via things such as, consultancy projects and entrepreneurial opportunities. Moreover, students will be able to comprehend decision-making approaches on those areas and they will create aptitude to contribute to diverse organizations affected by hazards. This course concludes with a Business Project; a significant piece of work by the students which will provide opportunities to examine real life business problems and essentially apply the knowledge created amid the course. This degree will give you a solid understanding of the core approaches to manage crises and disasters (such as Covid-19 and other similar epidemic circumstances) and of the wider impact on stakeholders, including the implications of mismanaged situations through relevant case studies, discussions and exercises. In the second semester you will also progress your knowledge in either the humanitarian stream or business crisis stream, helping you to develop your learning and career path in the area that interests you most.
