MA Accounting

This is a two-year full-time program in Maynooth University for honors degrees who may not have acquired extensive accounting expertise in their undergraduate studies, but who wish to pursue an accounting degree. 

First-year students need to earn at least 60% of their modules in their initial year to continue this course. One of the main objectives of the program is for graduates, if they successfully complete the program, to be entitled to CAP1 and CAP2 exemptions as well as equal exemptions from other technical bodies.

Did you know that in order to be a professional accountant you need to successfully complete three levels of professional exams, as well as vocational training? If you successfully complete BA Accounting & Finance, BCL Law and Accounting or BA Business & Accounting here at Maynooth University, you will be released from the first grade of these professional exams. If you complete a Masters in Accounting in Maynooth, you will be exempted from the second grade of these exams. You will need to take only one level of professionalism and complete your internship to qualify as an accountant. There are no other accounting systems that can help you reach your conclusion faster!
