BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance

BSc Accounting and Finance is a financial focused accounting program, which aims to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the world of business finance. Throughout the program, students will be offering a variety of compelling modules in accounting and finance as well as modules for economics, math, law, administration and leadership. The program aims to help students develop a variety of skills, such as: critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, researching, integrating and valuing information that is conveyed to the job market.

By the end of their degree, students will have been well-equipped with postgraduate careers in accounting, finance, banking, insurance and management in all the private and public sectors. In addition, students will have a solid foundation that will enable them to pursue a higher level in the field of accounting and finance.

The School of Business and Management has strong links with professional financial organizations such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). BSc accounting students will be eligible for exemption by applying to the relevant organization upon graduation.
