Study A law degree is the first step along the path to a professional career in the legal sector. Study Law in the UK by getting enrolled as a full-time undergraduate in LLB (Hons) basics for the legal profession. Students will understand the need and context of law in day to day affairs.
In 1st year of the course, study the basics of the English Law System, Criminal Law, and human rights, learning to present arguments in a logical manner. Legal communication in well-designed modules is another key feature of this year. 2nd Year, of course, comprises of the commercial aspects of Law and the Role of Lawyers in society and Law firms in the context of financial markets. Law Theories and Legal aspects of Enterprise like Partnerships, Limited Companies, and other business models. Law of Torts, Law of Contract. European Union Laws are also covered in this year of course.
The Third Year of the course provides in-depth knowledge of Corporate Laws & Acquisitions, Criminal Evidence, Employment Laws, Family Laws, International Human Rights, Tax Laws, Medical Law, and Ethics, in addition to Competition Law. On completion of the degree, students are open to enter into a wide range of legal careers, including working as a practicing solicitor, barrister, or paralegal professional. There is also an opportunity to work in academic law. University of Roehampton team is available to support students after completing the course to secure a position in Legal Fraternity. They assist in CV development and arrange meetings with existing law Professionals, it is always there to guide and support. Arrangement of Job fairs is also an important feature that provides opportunities for students to meet potential employers and get hired.
