A well-organized organization across the planet, no matter what size, class or purpose, it requires people with strong business skills. When you graduate, you will become the kind of person you want - a businessman with an international mindset, confident with running teams, managing operations, developing strategies, knowing the key challenges of sustainability, and making the kind of decisions that come with leadership.

MMU will teachyou how to identify opportunities, adapt to change, evaluate participants' impact, and understand when and how to put yourself at risk. You will gain a broad understanding of the business world, as well as basic skills such as team work and problem solving. Later, you will have the opportunity to learn your skills, looking for areas you like, like marketing, finance, people, technology, startups and consulting.

It's a degree and includes the opportunity to spend a year gaining valuable experience - whether you're studying abroad in Europe, Asia, Australia or the USA, or developing real-world skills in placement with an employer - before returning to your final year.
